What Is Integrated Conditioning?

It’s a constant combination of full body fitness techniques such as. Aerobic, Anaerobic, Core, Strengthening and Conditioning, Functional Flexibility, and Corrective Exercises. All blended into several specialized training programs. The muscles in our torso govern how we apply the body's power to the efficient accomplishment of physical tasks. Not only the abs and outer back muscles, but muscles that shape and form the foundation for the outer muscles of
the torso and limbs.
In addition, the Zen Physique method of training restores balance in both the upper and lower extremities. Core fitness is vital to everything that you do. Be it that you are playing a game of basketball, soccer, badminton or just simply walking a flight of steps or lifting a bag of groceries. Although Zen Physique has been implementing this training method to pro-athletes for over 12 years, it is of course beneficial and can be modified for many different walks of life.
So whether you’re an athlete, or just taking your first steps into the health and fitness world. It all starts by integrating many forms of exercises and core building techniques. When the core is strong, everything follows. Each program is specifically designed and tailored for different age groups and fitness levels. You decide which class best suites your needs.
